You also agree to hold blameless its affiliates. The claims and liabilities includes any legal and lawyers’ fees on a solicitor and client basis.

For what? We aren’t really sure. We suspect it’s for things like viruses, trojan horses and other nasty web stuff that can be picked up just about anywhere on the internet.

You agree not to use any means to copy the information and materials contained in the Site. This means you may NOT display, distribute, download, modify, repost, publish, reproduce, sell, reuse, supplement, transmit, or use the material here to create a derivative work for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of Herbs In The Garden. Tweets, however are OK!

You agree that you will not use robots, spiders, any automatic devices, or any manual processes to copy, or monitor in any way our website content without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not in any way interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of The Site or any transaction being conducted on our Site.

In a nut shell- play nice, kids! If you cannot agree to these terms then you can’t use the site. Period.

Any violation of these terms will be considered grounds for a trip to the principal’s office for a good talking to, and an infringement of our copyrighted and intellectual materials.
